"Trent was so easy to work with and they're saving me a ton of money. Updating my review to a 1 star review after a month I was advised my insurance would be 110 dollars more then I was quoted. They advised me that it was because of a ticket from 2 years ago that I wasn't asked about. I also sent my agent me dl almost 2 weeks ahead of the start of my coverage to check those things and advise me of any pricing updates. Incredibly deciptive business practices, luckily they also didn't call and cancel my other insurance so I was able to reinstate my coverage and request a charge back"

"Overall great experience for Auto & Homeowners Insurance. After filling out an online form to get quotes, Trent with Rich Lyon State Farm in Boone responded quickly. Trent answered all our questions and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We live about 90 miles from Boone but received more communication and better numbers than agencies closer to us.
